Kraken Design does not sell products for purchase to non-authorized or non-law enforcement professionals. For your protection and the protection of our law enforcement community, all orders must show proof of law enforcement employment.
In addition, all products which contain any law enforcement logo, including patches, raid apparel and hats, polo shirts, etc. “ORDERS WITH AGENCY SPECIFIC MERCHANDISE SHOULD BE SHIPPED TO OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT ADDRESSES OR PLEASE USE YOUR GOVERNMENT EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING AND WE WILL EMAIL THE ORDER CONFIRMATION TO THAT EMAIL ADDRESS. Payment & Shipping
You can pay online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Square.
Shipping costs will be added to your order and indicated prior to final payment. Please refer to Payment & Shipping for some general rates. All our shipments are sent by UPS or FedEx from printing facilities in the USA. The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days in the USA. In addition Kraken Design reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks. We are not responsible for lost orders out side our control.
Orders
Orders can be placed on the website and are not binding until Kraken Design has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 2 business days. We operate Mon-Fri except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to availability, machine delays, we will inform you promptly. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.
When you place an order, all data is encoded to and from the website by SSL (Secure Socket Layers).
Cancellation of an order for any reason, once submitted will be subject to a $20.00 administration fee at time of cancellation and refund. No order may be cancelled after 24 hours or after the order has gone through the pre-press process.
Since each order is unique to the customer and has no resale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we verify that we were responsible for any print quality error, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credit.
Quality Assurance
We try to check every product and artwork as it enters production, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over the finished product upon receipt. We allow an industry standard 48 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. We will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 48 hours upon receipt of product. While Kraken Design does quality checks on products and artwork, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer. In order for us to replace your order, you must return 100% of the defective product to us within 15 days.
Force Majeure
During the period of force majeure the above obligations and rights are suspended. As force majeure are considered all unforeseeable and unavoidable events, such as acts of God, war or labor disputes. Should such a situation arise, we will inform you and try to solve the situation as best as we can.
