1. Agency Verification & Eligibility
Kraken Design provides restricted-access production services. Orders featuring official agency insignia (seals, badges, or departmental logos) are strictly limited to active-duty personnel and authorized procurement officers.
- Mandatory Verification: All orders must be initiated via an official .gov, .mil, or department-specific email.
- Shipping: We reserve the right to restrict delivery to verified precinct, headquarters, or government administrative addresses.
- Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to decline any order that cannot be verified as official agency business.
2. Custom Production & Final Sale
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the unique nature of custom specialty printing (19pt Suede, Raised Spot UV), materials have no resale value. No refunds or credits will be issued once production has commenced.
- Cancellations: Subject to a $20.00 fee if requested within 24 hours. No cancellations after pre-press approval.
- Tolerances: Slight registration shifts (up to 1/64") for Raised Spot UV are within industry standards and do not constitute a defect.
3. Intellectual Property
Agency seals remain the property of their respective departments. However, the technical layouts, vector re-creations, and custom typography systems developed by Kraken Design are our exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized duplication or third-party reproduction is strictly prohibited.
4. Quality Assurance
Customers must inspect goods upon receipt. Any print defects must be reported within 48 hours. Validated defects will be reprinted; no refunds will be provided. Defective product must be returned within 15 days for a replacement to be issued.
Kraken Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of this site constitutes agreement to these standards.
